- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp allulose or erythritol
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt.
- Whisk mayonnaise, Sriracha, sweetener, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp from heat immediately once opaque.
- Toss shrimp in the sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
