A decadent, layered pasta bake featuring a rich meat sauce and a creamy cream cheese center topped with melted mozzarella.
Ingredients

- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil spaghetti until just under al dente; drain.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain grease.
- Mix marinara sauce into the beef and simmer.
- Blend softened cream cheese and sour cream together.
- Spread a layer of meat sauce in a 9×13 dish.
- Add half the pasta, then the cream cheese mixture.
- Add remaining pasta and the rest of the meat sauce.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
