Description

Slow-cooked baby back ribs with a sticky, smoky BBQ glaze that falls off the bone with ease.


Ingredients

  • 1 rack baby back pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven broiler.
  2. Rub the ribs with the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Arrange ribs in the pot, stacking them in a circular fashion.
  5. Whisk BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar together, then pour over the ribs.
  6. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  7. Carefully move ribs to a baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
