- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9×13 pan.
- Mix pumpkin, brown sugar, eggs, and spices until smooth.
- Fold in flour and baking powder.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Poke holes across the warm cake with a fork.
- Pour salted caramel sauce over the cake.
- Chill for 2 hours in the fridge.
- Whip cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar; spread over cake.
