Description

A succulent, low-carb salmon fillet seared to perfection and finished with a rich garlic lemon butter baste.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Salmon fillets (6oz each)
  • 3 tbsp Grass-fed butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes until crisp.
  4. Flip fillets and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan; baste the salmon for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then remove from heat immediately.
