Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream (for biscuits)
  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for peaches)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Combine flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut cold butter into dry ingredients until coarse crumbs form.
  4. Stir in 3/4 cup heavy cream until just combined.
  5. Scoop dough into rounds and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Toss sliced peaches with 1/4 cup sugar; let sit for 30 minutes.
  7. Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
  8. Split warm biscuits and top with peaches and cream.
