- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup heavy cream (for biscuits)
- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1/4 cup sugar (for peaches)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for topping)
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F and line a baking sheet.
- Combine flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut cold butter into dry ingredients until coarse crumbs form.
- Stir in 3/4 cup heavy cream until just combined.
- Scoop dough into rounds and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Toss sliced peaches with 1/4 cup sugar; let sit for 30 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
- Split warm biscuits and top with peaches and cream.
