Description
A foolproof, tender slow cooker turkey breast seasoned with garlic and sage, finished with a quick broil for a golden crust.

- 6–7 lb turkey breast
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Combine softened butter, garlic powder, sage, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the butter mixture evenly over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey in a slow cooker (on a rack if available).
- Cook on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 4-5 hours until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and broil for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Rest for 20 minutes before carving.
