- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup dill pickles (finely diced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons mayo
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place eggs in cold water and bring to a boil, then cover, turn off heat, let sit for 10 minutes
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath, cool and peel
- Coarsely chop the peeled eggs
- Combine eggs, diced pickles, and fresh dill in a bowl
- Whisk mayo, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; fold into egg mixture
- Season to taste, chill before serving
