- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- Fresh raspberries and mint for garnish
Instructions
- Place frozen mango and raspberries into a blender.
- Add white rum and fresh lime juice.
- Spoon in honey or agave syrup.
- Pulse several times to break up fruit.
- Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fruit and mint.
