Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • Fresh raspberries and mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place frozen mango and raspberries into a blender.
  2. Add white rum and fresh lime juice.
  3. Spoon in honey or agave syrup.
  4. Pulse several times to break up fruit.
  5. Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
  6. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fruit and mint.
