- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 burger buns
Instructions
- Chop spinach and sun-dried tomatoes into very small pieces.
- Mix ground chicken, feta, spinach, tomatoes, garlic, and oregano in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, pressing firmly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear patties for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165F.
- Let patties rest for 3 minutes before serving on toasted buns.
