- 1 lb Cavatappi pasta
- 3 cups shredded pulled pork
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup Gruyère, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Boil pasta for 2 minutes less than package directions; drain.
- Melt butter in a pot, whisk in flour for 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in milk until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar and Gruyère until smooth.
- Fold in pasta and pulled pork mixed with BBQ sauce.
- Pour into dish and top with extra cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
